3. User Responsibilities

For Students/Parents:

Maintain respectful communication with tutors and Convenience Classes staff.
Ensure timely payment for the services booked.

For Tutors:

Conduct sessions professionally and punctually.
Provide accurate qualifications, experience, and identification.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical teaching practices.

4. Bookings

Bookings can be made via the platform, subject to tutor availability.

5. Payments

All payments are to be made directly to the provided bank details.
Tutors will be paid after completion of classes as per the agreed payout schedule.
Convenience Classes reserves the right to withhold payment in case of disputes or violations.

6. Code of Conduct

All users must:

Use respectful and appropriate language.
Avoid sharing misleading, offensive, or illegal content.

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account if found in violation of these Terms, including but not limited to:

Fraudulent activity
Inappropriate behaviour
Non-payment
Misconduct

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on the platform are the intellectual property of Convenience Classes and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Convenience Classes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. While we strive to match users with qualified tutors, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Rajasthan Jurisdiction, and any disputes shall be resolved under its jurisdiction.
